Filled with white chocolate ganache. Finished with raspberry swiss meringue buttercream, fresh raspberries and white chocolate shavings.

Ingredients: Plain flour, almond meal, baking powder, salt, butter, caster sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, full cream milk, raspberries, freeze dried raspberry powder, cream, white chocolate.

Each cake is 8” in diameter and is made up of 3 layers.
