Fill with cream cheese icing. Finished with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and freeze dried raspberry powder.

Ingredients: Butter, caster sugar, eggs, plain flour, cornflour, cocoa powder, buttermilk, red gel food colouring, vanilla extract, bi-carb soda, white vinegar, cream cheese, freeze dried raspberries.

Each cake is 8” in diameter and is made up of 3 layers.
